Suruchi Restaurants is one of the Flagship Company of Sugal & Damani Group. Suruchi started his operation in Year 2000 in Delhi with Endeavour to serve Authentic Gujarati & Rajasthani Cuisine. Sugal & Damani is India’s largest Lottery operator entered into the Hospitality business with the inception of 2 Hotels “Swati and Swati Deluxe” and 2 Restaurants “Suruchi and Shudh” keeping in mind the requirement of vegetarian population.

SURUCHI RESTAURANT is a destination for the food lovers who look for authentic Gujarati, Rajasthani cuisine and Mumbai snacks served in a traditional way. The Suruchi Restaurant, serve the finest traditional Indian cuisine and the celebration of this exotic and colorful culture. Suruchi restaurant have made a place for themselves due to popular demand of a “branded” quality and menu. Having won many laurel, the legend proceeded to the finest chain of fine dining restaurants with honorable mentions in the media, newspapers and amongst the highest circles.
The service starts with mint green chutney, sour-sweet brown chutney, a lime crescent and a salad. This is followed with a deep-fried savory snack, and a healthy steamed snack, at times concocted with beaten curds. Two homely vegetables are treated exotically with curd, milk or it's own gravy or absolutely dry. 1 dal and 1 Kadhi: one sweet, followed with Papad and small plump phulkas, brushed with ghee. The sweet dish as is traditionally eaten along with the main meal comes in a choice of 3 varieties ranging from fruit custard, Shrikhand, Gulab Jamun and many more items just like EAT LIKE A KING.

We support the franchisee right from the pre-launch stage till the restaurant is functioning, and then we overlook the day to day management enabling them to maintain the high standards of Suruchi. PRE-LAUNCH
We do a feasibility study of the location where Suruchi is most suitable. We have our experienced team of Architects and Consultants with whom we work in tandem to get the optimum utilization of space by providing the best of layouts. We have our standard set of specifications with regards to the interiors. We make sure the best of the quality material is used at the best rates, so that even at low costs we can get a feeling of grandeur. We get the best of kitchen equipments made at sustainable rates.
LAUNCH
We help franchisor with the staffing. The entire hierarchy from the restaurant manager to the head cook to the house keeping boys are selected and trained by us. They go through an intensive training program and once they are capable of providing the high quality and service standards of Suruchi, we send them in the respective restaurants. The chefs are trained to churn out the flavour of Suruchi, which has been winning the hearts of millions of guests over the years. We manage the entire supply chain and here once again we make sure the quality of the raw materials is as per Suruchi standards.
We have developed, continues to develop and owns a unique system for merchandising the Products consisting in part of distinctive equipment , food presentation, management information systems, accounts software package, systems and procedures, Menu Planning (including food and beverage designations and quality and quantity standards) and food and beverage storage, preparation and service and methods and techniques for inventory and cost controls, record keeping and reporting, personnel management, purchasing.
We also assist in increasing sales by using different type promotion and advertising , menu planning according to festivals from time to time.
GENERAL
- The duration of agreement is initially for a period of 9 years renewable for further period on mutually agreed terms.
- The name of the restaurant 'Suruchi' is exclusive property of the Franchisor, and the Franchisee has no lien on it. On expiry of/termination of the Franchise agreement the Franchisee can not use the name 'Suruchi’ or any other name identical to it and also restricted to continue the similar business.
- The Franchis or his associates is restricted to open on his own any other similar outlets in the same city or other cities in any part of the country.
- The Franchisor is not obliged/bound to give any more Franchise outlets to Franchisee within the same city or outside. However the preference will be given to the Franchisee whenever the next outlet is opened in the same city.
- The menu rates are decided by the Franchisor in consultation with the Franchisee and Franchisee can not increase or decrease the menu rates on his own.
- The Franchisor shall be at liberty to check books of Accounts maintained by the Franchisee, and it is obligatory on part of the Franchisee to provide books of Accounts as and when demanded by the Franchisor or his authorised representative.
- The Franchisor or his authorised representative is at liberty to check the quality of ingredients, raw materials procured by the Franchisee and may point out the deficiency found if any to the Franchisee for corrective measures.
- The Franchisee on his own can not represent the Franchisor in the manner whatsoever with any Government Bodies, Public Institutions, Corporations for the business promotion etc.
- Any amendment to Franchise Agreement have to be by the written consent of the both the parties.
- Any disputes/or different arising between the parties in respect of Franchise agreement the same be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian arbitration Act 1940 as amended time to time.
- Franchisor is at liberty to terminate the Franchise agreement if he finds any violations of the clauses by the Franchisee by issuing a month's termination notice.
BASIC REQUIREMENT
Space: Approximately 2300 Square Feet (Carpet Area) in popular commercial zone preferably ground floor or in floor in Shopping Malls that provides ample parking space. Investment: Largely depend on city and class but approximately Rs. 35 to 45 Lac.
ROYALTY/MONETARY IMPLICATION
An amount of Rs. 10 lacs plus applicable service tax will be charged as Royalty at the time of signing the agreement. 7.00% recurring royalty plus service tax as applicable, will be payable monthly on total net sales inclusive of outdoor catering, counter packing, home delivery (exclusive of sales tax).
