1. Paneer Corn Sabji
Preparation and cooking of paneer corn sabji requires around half hour. The recipe is quite simple to cook. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and add few cumin seeds. As the color of seeds changes, add finely chopped onions and fry until it gets light brown. Now add sugar, turmeric powder, chopped green chilies and sauté for half minute. Add corn kernels, salt and cook them for two three minutes. Now add cottage cheese and cook for two minutes with light hands. The dish is ready to serve. You can also sprinkle chopped coriander and garam masala on the dish for better taste.

2. Trevti Daal
It takes around 75 minutes in the preparation and cooking of this dish. It is one of the main course vegetarian food cooked in almost every home in Gujarat. For cooking trevti daal, what you have to do is drain and mix three lentils and pour them in a pressure cooker. Add three cups of water, ginger, a pinch of turmeric powder, green chilies, salt, and one forth tablespoon of ghee. Cook up to three whistles. Now fry the daal with an already cooked mixture of tomato, onion, and garlic. It is ready to serve with rice.

3. Wallnet Burfi
For making delicious and crunchy wallnet burfi grease an aluminum tray with ghee. Take a non stick pan and sauté the mawa for five to six minutes. Add sugar and again sauté for the same time. Now add walnut paste, cardamom powder and sauté for two minutes to let them mix completely. Spread the mixture in aluminum tray and let it cool down. Refrigerate for five to six hour for setting it down. Give the desired shape and tempt your taste buds.

4. Lauki Burfi
Most of us refuse to eat lauki, but delicious lauki burfi can be a surprise for all. For making this burfi, you need to grease an aluminum tray with ghee. Boil the milk in a deep non-stick pan; add grate lauki or bottle gourd and mix well. Now add khoya, half chopped dry fruits and sugar as per your taste. Cook for around ten to fifteen minutes. Pour the prepared mixture into aluminum tray carefully to let it spread evenly. After sprinkling cardamom powder let the tray on aside to cool down. Give the desire shape and serve.

5. Lychee ka Shirikhand
It is one of the most favorite desserts of Guajarati's. For making lychee ka shirikhand, pitted and chopped lychee, cream, yogurt, and sugar free is required. Hung yogurt is made by placing it in the muslin cloth and then tying the cloth tightly to make a potali. Now place the potali on a strainer which is kept on a bowl. To remove the water completely from the potali, keep a heavy object on it.
Now crush the lychee pieces. Take a bowl and whisk the cream. Add sugar free, crushed lychee, hung yogurt and then whisk well. Pour in the small bowls and serve.
